ASOKA Center for Buddhist Studies

The Asoka Centre for Buddhist Studies is a dedicated institution rooted in the profound teachings of the Buddha. It offers a space for the exploration, study, and practice of Buddhism.

Our journey began with establishing the Asoka Buddhist Education Centre, an online platform dedicated to disseminating Buddhist knowledge and teachings to a global audience. Through the Asoka Buddhist Education Center, we were privileged to host over 20 enlightening online lectures by Prof. Dr. Saw Htut Sandar, whose profound expertise enriched the understanding of Buddhism among students and practitioners alike.

Our team at the Asoka Centre for Buddhist Studies comprises highly knowledgeable individuals, including senior monks, experienced meditation teachers, renowned professors, and respected advisors, who bring their deep wisdom and practical experience to the Center. Together, we aim to nurture a community dedicated to the study and practice of Buddhism, fostering mindfulness, compassion, and insight for personal and societal transformation.
